The Importance of Board Succession Planning

Board succession planning is necessary for organisation that has a long term vision.  It is about maintaining a competent, functional and competent Board.  Over and above this succession planning is about ensuring that the Board comprises of individuals who have the necessary skills and experience to enhance the operations of the Organisation.
